My dog doesn’t like other dogs, does that matter?
No, not at all. The only time I will ever have two dogs here
at the same time, is when they know each other. My service
is ‘one to one’- just me and your dog.
How long will it take to groom
my dog?
This is difficult one to answer with total accuracy, it depends
on the condition of the coat and how co-operative your dog
is. Certainly first sessions will take longer, because I need
to build up a rapport with your dog and that takes time. On
average expect your dog to be with me for about 2 –
3 hours, depending on style and when they were last professionally
groomed.
Can I stay?
This isn’t usually a good idea. I firmly believe that
grooming is based on mutual trust and co-operation and in
order to achieve that; I need to get to know your dog without
any outside distractions or influences.
Will my dog be muzzled?
Never as routine and only as a last resort to ensure mine
and the dogs safety.
Do you sedate the dogs?
Absolutely not!!!
Do you do anal glands?
No, I’m sorry this isn’t a service I offer. Although
a lot of dogs will express their glands during the bath,.
if they do, you can have that as a freebie!!
Will you take both of my dogs
at the same time?
Yes, that’s no problem.
Can my dog stay with you all day?
I'm sorry no, that's not possible. My service is a personal
one and it would be unfair on my other clients.
